Dickies
Dickies is an American brand founded in 1922 in Fort Worth, Texas, by C.N. Williamson and E.E. "Colonel" Dickie. Initially specializing in the production of work overalls, the company expanded its range to include pants, shirts, and other durable clothing, becoming a benchmark in the workwear industry.
During World War II, Dickies produced millions of uniforms for the United States armed forces. In the post-war period, the company embarked on a strategy of geographical expansion, entering European and Middle Eastern markets.
In the 1990s, the brand was adopted by several youth subcultures, including skaters and hip-hop musicians, who appreciated its authentic aesthetic and the durability of its garments. Today, Dickies is globally recognized for its ability to combine functionality and style, offering products ranging from traditional workwear to more casual and fashionable items.
